Perfect

It is important to note that perfect is a word which means many things to many people. One persons perfect house may be someone else's pile of dung. For our purposes, the perfect house had to meet the following requirements:

Steve's List: Convenient for Chapter events Convenient for Gaming events Separate Gaming Facilities1 Storage space2

Kristie's List: Bathtub3 Yard Elbow Room4 Separate Gamer Facilities5

1. Gamers tend to be loud and untidy.
2. For games and chapter equipment.
3. Kristie's current residence has a shower, but no tub.
4. Kristie has never lived in the "city" before
5. They can't use "her" bathroom (see 1 above).
