Meeting Place

Though none of their sons have lived there for many years, Mark-->'s parents continue to allow their home to be disrupted in the early morning hours of December 27 each year as Winter Campers gather there to realize there aren't nearly enough cars for the number of people. This tradition has now spanned two millenia and is going for a third.

Why Ken, who claimed to be a friend of Mark-->'s parents, would try to stick them with Steve and Kristie as neighbors remains a mystery¹. Luckily, the home was deemed less perfect than the one we eventually made an offer on for a number of reasons:

• Smaller Yard
• Only one bathroom
• Proximity to current meeting place makes Ed and Linda likely to wise up and tell us to take our meeting across the street.

1. Our best guess is that Ken, who also lives in that neighborhood, was hoping to get even with them for the years of disruption their bizarre December 27 ritual has caused for the whole neighborhood.
