Counting CDs

During the shopping for the Home Entertainment Center, a brief discussion ensued regarding the number of CDs the home entertainment would have to hold. Kristie alleged that Steve had her CD's cubed. Steve pointed out that cubed would be an awfully big number.

After some discussion Kristie finally decided that Steve had more than 500 music cd's. Steve bet her he did not and offered up $500 as a wager - if he broke 500, she'd get it for the turtle pond; if he didn't, he'd get it for the entertainment center. She accepted the bet but immediately began to waffle saying that she should get to count any CD since he had some software titles mixed in with music and there was no way she could have known that.

Even as this is being typed, Steve is hard at work on the website and announcements while Kristie is upstairs trying to figure out how to pad her number by another hundred...

Okay, so maybe not. Steve finished the announcements and website only to learn that Kristie had come closer to six hundred. Guess we'd better call our home insurance and update some of our "contents" values.
